    When you enter Rayic Gethras' house you will be attacked by Mephits. Now it is clear why this mage leaves the door to his open even in the middle of the night. Kill the Mephits, loot the room and move on.

    Check out the table and a trapped bookcase.

    This floor is guarded by two golems.

    Check out the pillow.

Third Floor (AR0317)

    You will be hailed by the Cowled Wizards' agent himself, Rayic Gethras. Well, do what Edwin told you to do and dispatch him.

    Do not forget to check out the table and a pot, both are trapped.
